Dr. Bailey will present a brief snapshot of the overall economy for us, share the current state of our housing market, and dive into her forecasts for both interest rates and the real estate market locally. Josh and I will present strategies to help you succeed if you need to sell in today’s buyer-friendly market, and we’ll have our lending partner Quinn White from Fidelity Mortgage Solutions share strategies to make buying more affordable with today’s higher rates.
